Welcome to cr3ate studio. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
All products sold on cr3ate.studio are handcrafted dioramas inspired by Counter-Strike 2 maps. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color and finish. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes for EU customers.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Croatia. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Intellectual Property
cr3ate studio is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike 2, CS2, and related trademarks are property of Valve Corporation. Our products are fan-made artistic recreations and are not official merchandise.
7. Limitation of Liability
cr3ate studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
